Each child is placed in a class specific to their date of birth with a teacher, teaching assistant and a nanny. This gives the children the opportunity to play and learn with children of the same peer group and to learn at their own pace.
Children under the age of three may move up through the school and change classes so that they are taught by teachers who have relevant experience and the relevant qualifications for that age group. Once a child is rising three years of age they are generally with the same teacher for the entire academic year.
