Register
If you would like your child to attend Jacquie’s Place Preschool then we would ask you to complete a registration form below and submit it with the registration fee to the School Office.
Children are accepted on a ‘first come, first served’ basis, with priority being given to siblings; based on our sibling policy. Where a space is available, parents will be notified if their child has a place or is put on the waiting list.
Admissions Procedure
Procedures for Prospective Students The list is a summary of the procedures for our prospective students at Jacquie’s Place Preschool and should help guide you through this process.
- Purchase an application form for N25, 000.00
- Submit application form with the following documents:
- 2 recent Passport Photographs (not more than 6 months older than child’s current age.)
- Photocopy of child’s Birth Certificate or Passport Data Page
- Photocopy of child’s Immunization record
- Passport photographs of authorized person(s) to pick up your child
- Informal Assessment for Preschoolers and Parents.
- Payments are made to designated bank and via POS on school premises.
- Accounts department receives the bank slip/draft and issues a receipt.
- The receipt is very important so please keep it safe.
